DIM SUM TIME - Fried Beancurd Roll

Its my first time cooking this dish and its a success! YEAH! Except those really out of shape beancurd roll...I MADE THIS ALL BY MY OWN, BY MY OWN! lol. It took me 3 Hours to make this dish!!! Woah. SO SO SO many things to prepare. And And i touch the raw chicken and prawn, its like wobbly wobbly. i think i used the wrong word to describe the chicken and prawn... Anyway, it taste nice! Anyone wants the recipe??? LOL
